I'm a bit of a private person, so I was shocked when I discovered that my personal data was listed on Spokeo. I decided to opt out as soon as possible, and I'm glad I did. The process was relatively easy - I just visited the Spokeo website, searched for my name, and selected my profile. From there, I clicked on the "Opt Out" button and followed the prompts. I did have to verify my email address, but that was it. If you're concerned about your online privacy, I recommend opting out of Spokeo.
